The dream is always a great mystery to me. But it has a scientific explanation. Sleep has several stages, Dreams mainly occur during the rapid-eye movement (REM) stage of sleep when brain activity is high and resembles that of being awake. Mainly dream is a series of images, ideas, emotions, and sensations occurring involuntarily in the mind during the REM stage of sleep. When the dream breaks we wake up we think we dream for a long time but Dreams can last for a few seconds or as long as 20 minutes. Maximum people can"t remember the exact dream but People are more likely to remember the dream if they are awakened during the REM phase. The average person has three to five dreams per night, but some may have up to seven dreams in one night. The topic of dreams can have varying natures such as exciting, magical, adventurous, frightening or sexual. These topics generally outside the control of dreamer. Many people think and believe that dreams as manifestations of our deepest desires and anxieties, often relating to repressed childhood memories or obsessions. In the Greek and Roman periods the people believed that dreams were direct messages from the gods or from the dead, and that they predicted the future.
How you feel when you dream that you fall down from a building..?? ha ha..its a terrible experience.By the way happy dreaming.
